Marine Hotel - Shepherd Neame
This extensive refurbishment of the bar and trade areas included a large extension to the existing orangery. The Marine Hotel is an extremely popular and high profile establishment overlooking the sea in Tankerton, Kent. The development for Shepherd Neame was both designed and project managed by Design I.D alongside the property department from the brewery. The whole process was made more complex due to the hotel remained trading throughout the works and involved a detailed phasing plan to accommodate hotel guests as well as functions and weddings.​
