Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie - Shepherd Neame

Overlooking one of the finest beaches on the North Kent Coast, The Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie is now a relaxed, stylish destination that offers truly outstanding views, and represents one of Shepherd Neame's flagship sites. Design ID was appointed by the famous local brewery to design and provide a fully detailed drawings package for an extensive £1million refurbishment completed March 2017. The development, also project managed by Design ID, transformed the pub both inside and out: the ground floor trade area was totally rebuilt and extended to include a brand new bar servery, coffee lounge and 100-seat restaurant. Similarly, the 1st floor function room was doubled in size and had a generous roof terrace added. Outside a large, sheltered decking area was also created giving the opportunity to drink and dine whilst enjoying the stunning views out to sea.
